Alice is the co-owner of Dilac Vegetarian Cuisine along with her husband, Douglas. The two traveled from their motherland of Vietnam to California in the late 1980's. Both worked tiredlessly as software engineers for 15 years in Silicon Valley. However, their compassion for saving animals led them to a entirely different business venture, and they opened their own tofu house in 1999. They have recreated recipes from their homeland to create modern vegetarian dishes with LOVE and KINDESS. Their mission to introduce healthier, ethnic food options from all over the world.
